If you fulfil those below;

•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
•At least 2 years of field team (blue collar) management,
•At least Upper-Intermediate level of English,
•SAP knowledge is an asset,
•Must be flexible to work in two or three shifts,
•Good communication and analytical skills,
•Good command of MS Office programs,
•Resident in İzmir. Position will be based in İzmir Aliağa Plant.

And if those are what you want to do;

•Controlling and monitoring all steps of the lubricant production process,
•Planning blending and filling operations and giving work orders to operators according to the daily production plan,
•Using all automation systems, machines and manpower efficiently,
•Increasing the efficiency of the lubricant filling lines,
•Specifying the machines and equipment needed for whole process steps,
•Continuous process improving,
•Collecting, recording and analyzing of the field data,
•Providing the requirements of the quality systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, IATF 16949:2016),
•Monitoring and managing the performance of the field workers, motivating them and increasing employee engagement,
•Fulfilling the additional responsibilities given by superiors,
•Taking precautions of work safety and worker health,
•Following and ordering the consumable materials being used during production process,
•Preparing and revising operating instructions for machines and processes,
•Examining customer complaints, searching root causes of the problems, finding permanent solutions for problems,
•Joining inventory counting at the end of the months.

As a part of agile structure and being an agile team member/developer;

Taking responsibility for estimating, planning, and managing all of his/her own tasks and reporting on progress.
Collaborating closely with all the other members of the team to take shared responsibility for the overall efforts that the team has committed to.
