If you fulfil those below;
•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
•Minimum 10-year experience in manufacturing,
•Minimum 7-year experience in team management,
•Strong communication, high persuasion skills, analytical thinking,
•Systematic and result oriented working discipline,
•Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
•Good command of MS Office programs,
•SAP knowledge is an asset,
•Being resident / able to live in İzmir. Position will be based in İzmir Aliağa Plant.
And if those are what you want to do;
•Ensuring the blending and filling operations are carried out without interruption in regards to the production plan,
•Producing permanent solutions by immediately intervening in any problem encountered at any stage of production by detecting corrective actions and informing all relevant units of the results,
•Setting production-related target and following up the target data and inform the team about the performance parameters,
•Carrying out the necessary studies in line with the improvement and modernization of production technology and methods and reduce the manufacturing costs,
•Increasing the total performance and capacity utilization by keeping the production trend within the specified tolerances by ensuring that the machines work continuously and efficiently,
•Following the production quality nonconformities, as a result of this, to ensure that the nonconformities are minimized by communicating with the necessary units,
•Carrying out studies to increase capacity and efficiency in production, presenting opinions and suggestions in improvement/development studies by making capacity adequacy calculations,
•Ensuring taking all necessary measures regarding occupational health and safety and to ensure that employees are trained in this direction,
•Motivating employees to increase their productivity and maximize employee satisfaction,
•Carrying out month-end and year-end inventory counting activities, to prepare inventory reports, to ensure that production warehouse stocks are corrected by the accounting department according to counting reports, and to perform the duty of counting controller in year-end counts in case of assignment to other group companies by Koç Holding,
•Pre-planning and presenting to the top management all the investments to be made regarding production at the facility, ensuring that the investment decisions are made on time,
•Providing information to the top management by preparing the required reports regarding the strategic decisions to be taken by the top management,
•Maximizing internal and external customer satisfaction,
•Assisting in the examination of customer complaints, providing feedback to customer complaints as soon as possible,
•Ensuring all production operations and the materials, devices or equipment used in these operations comply with legal regulations and requirements,
•Ensuring the management of all kinds of waste (contaminated, solid waste, waste oil, etc.) generated in the facility, to ensure that these wastes are disposed of in accordance with the legislation,
•Providing all kinds of support for the operation, improvement and development of the Company's Quality,
•Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, IATF 16949:2016),
•Making the necessary preparations for inspection in all internal and external audits, to participate in the establishment of a quality system / new certification studies, to take duties and responsibilities and to determine production-related targets,
•Providing connection with Production Planning, Quality Control, R&D, Logistics departments.
