If you fulfil those below;

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electronics Engineering

•Preferably at least 3 years of experience in maintenance,

•At least Upper-Intermediate level of English,

•Experience with automation and all associated equipment,

•Experience with mechanical, pneumatics, electrical and PLC,

•Experience with robotic systems (especially Fanuc Robots) is an asset,

•Must be flexible to work in two or three shifts,

•Good communication and analytical skills,

•Good command of MS Office programs,

•Resident in İzmir. Position will be based in İzmir Aliağa Plant.

•Ensuring the machinery and equipment are ready for production anytime,

•Takes responsibility of maintaining electronics & pneumatic equipment within the plant,

•Perform scheduled planned protective and preventative maintenance in accordance to minimized unplanned downtime,

•Perform effective diagnosis of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment to maximize availability,

•Making the necessary revisions to facilitate the operation,

•Identify the critical spare parts, tracking the spare part inventories and ensuring the purchase of the spare parts,

•Involved in new machinery installation and commissioning processes,

•Providing the necessary support to take the actions determined in accordance with the current Quality Management Systems,

•Support the development and continuous improvement of safety standards and specifications to promote understanding of and compliance with safety requirements,

•Record and document all work carried out on all equipment on both paper and electronic systems,

•Analysis of issues to root cause and development of countermeasures, improvement actions and/or suggestions to improve,

•Identify energy savings opportunities and make recommendations to achieve more energy efficient operation,

•Work with the team and other department members to produce effective maintenance strategies,

•Prepare technical specifications if necessary,

•Reports to the management with the systematic documentation of the work done.
