If you fulfil those below;

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Computer/Mathematical Engineering, MIS or related fields,
•Minimum 2 years of experience in providing Help Desk support in IT business solutions,
•Experience in business and functional requirements analysis, test organization, end-user & consultant interviews and change management,
•Preferably good knowledge in Jira ITSM tool,
•Ability to work with and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, clients and IT teams,
•Skilled in time management with the ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines,
•Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment,
•Result oriented with a customer-oriented approach,
•Good Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills.

***Position will be based in İstanbul Altunizade HeadOffice.

And if those are what you want to do;

•Provide 1st level support to end users on a variety of issues or requests in IT business solutions area (Such as S4 Hana, workflow applications, E-Solutions, software applications etc.) (System/Infrastructure or Hardware/Device support is not included),
•Analyze, research and resolve IT problems/requests,
•Work with internal IT team or third party vendors/consultants for second level support as needed,
•Giving support for checking 3rd party consultant efforts and make consensus with vendors,
•Track, monitor and document the tickets by ensuring the timely resolution,
•Communicate with employees to provide status, feedback, or general information regarding their requests or incidents,
•Monitor trends in problems, identify their root causes and find permanent solutions,
•Manage ITSM platform and prepare reports,
•Provide support for IT projects as needed.
