If you fulfil those below;
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree from Engineering Departments of Universities, preferably Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical),
•Preferably minimum 5 years of experience,
•Experienced in sales, marketing, accounting and finance,
•Lubricants and energy market knowhow,
•Experienced in customer relationship management,
•Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
•At least Upper-Intermediate level of English,
•Excellent command of MS Office programs, SAP C4C
•Eager to take initiatives with sense of responsibility,
•Good at teamwork with excellent communication skills, high ability of persuasion,
•Analytical, good at project management,
•Creative, good at analysis and reporting,
•Resident in Ankara.

•To share sales targets, management plans, and expectations with field sales teams in line with company strategies for conducting sales activities to both existing and new customers,
•Managing field merch team,
•To visit and manage Franchise Workshops in the region,
•Communicating campaign information to field merch team and the market in a timely manner,
•Monitoring the weekly, monthly, and yearly promotion score targets and performance of field merch team and conducting weekly and monthly sales meetings,
•Planning all customer visits and following up on all customers in the relevant region, visiting and establishing communication with competitor regions and distributors,
•Creating, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on new initiatives to increase sales and customer numbers,
•Preparing daily and weekly sales reports, determining necessary actions based on evaluations and feedback,
•Tracking the budget and expenses of the region,
•Creating and tracking monthly sales targets for the region, managing the sales target, brand-wise management, and analyzing campaign executions,
•Evaluating the region's performance monthly and annually,
•Ensuring customer satisfaction, listening to consumer and distributor needs and complaints,
•Creating, monitoring, and reporting on efforts to increase sales and customer numbers,
•Establishing and monitoring relationships with potential field merch team candidates,
•Conducting necessary visits in line with sales plans in the areas of responsibility.
