We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for setting strategic direction of projects, developing project plans and providing high quality and cost-effective project management, analytic support services and technical expertise for a broad array of issues.

PM will be based in İstanbul with several travel possibilities.

What we expect ?

PM’s ability to draw insights from a range of sources and synthesize these to set clear directions will be a key asset. PM will have a responsibility to monitor project progress within the schedule and budget and an opportunity to develop a various range of managing skills in an agile, diverse
Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science, industrial engineering, mathematical engineering or relevant fields
5 years of professional experience in software project management, planning, process development, tech team management, execution, and reporting
Experience in agile product development is big plus with certification
Excellent client-interaction and internal communication skills: Ability to manage a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and developers
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish & English
Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills: Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively is crucial
Strong motivation and willing to work enthusiastically with a start-up spirit

Nice-to-have skills:

Good understanding of the key industry verticals, e.g., automotive, retail, banking, consumer goods, consumer durables, insurance, etc.
Experience in the start-up scene with innovative tech firms

General Qualifications

What you will be doing ?

In IoT projects, setting strategic direction of projects and developing project plans which identify key issues, problems, approaches, performance metrics and resources required
Establishing team membership and negotiating time commitments & resource allocation
Working in a hypothesis-driven way with the project teams
Implementing the defined work methods, e.g., conduct of ideation workshops in a project team
Assuring the adherence to project KPIs and schedules
Cultivating and reinforcing appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors
Providing guidance to team on performance and productivity issues
