JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare high level periodic and ad-hoc management reports and presentations, meeting instant report and information requests from top management
Preparing department P&L analysis and financial reports for the top management
Assist in preparing statistical metrics & figures of departments in accordance with reporting requirements
Implement and run necessary controls monthly in order to ensure that management reporting system is running effectively and financials results are accurate and correct
Measure and improve the performance of the departments
Participating in the implementation of improvements to financial reporting processes and systems.
Supporting other regulatory reporting covering the area of responsibility.
To monitor and track the financial performance of the medical departments
Provide meaningful and valid comments on financial results
Calculate and follow the prices and costs of products & services in
quarterly or semi-yearly basis

University degree in Business, Economics, Finance and any other relevant field
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Proactive, visionary, team player
Fluent in English ( both written & oral)
Strong presentation, communication skills and decision making skills with
the ability to balance conflicting needs
The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Min. 2-3 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting
Big 4 Audit experience is an asset
Experience in healthcare industry / hospital field is an asset
Strong analytical skills, with an attention to detail
Computer literacy with excellent excel skills and solid understanding of
accounting principles.
