Solution Center Product Owner, İstanbul | Koç Kariyerim

Product Owner (PO) is not a title, but a role. PO achieves this role by determining the vision of the team and leading the team within the boundaries of the vision. From this perspective, the responsibility of the PO to Ford Otosan is reaching the business goals, and from team perspective, being a “Servant Leader”. As a servant leader; PO volunteers to clear the systemic blockages in front of the team, internalizes experimental approach and values learning. PO also shares the autonomy and self organization allowance given to them to the team. PO is closely interested in the output of the team but does not interfere with the way of working of the team.

PO identifies and prioritizes the tasks that the team shall achieve, so that the business value of the digital product is maximized. PO works with the stakeholders from business and platform areas of Ford Otosan to identify the most valuable tasks and their priorities, gets their feedback. PO provides transparency for the successes and impediments of the team.
To be able to achieve these responsibilities, Ford Otosan grants autonomy to the PO for identifying the backlog, course of action, and required decision making. PO is expected to be in high interaction with other teams in the Tribe and DPS Platform Area to resolve possible problems that may arise during digital product and service development processes.

Solution Center is the Customer Loyalty Team established within Digital Products & Services Platform Area.
Solution Center will be working with all DPS structures (i.e. Tribes, Chapters, IT operations, COEs) together reducing users' (who uses digital products & services - employees of Ford Otosan, users of Dealer or Suppliers) waiting time off the work, answering critical questions, resolving user issues.
Team is to have full time or partial roles to achieve software and hardware related tasks.

PO is required to achieve the following;

• Iterate on CLT mission and ensure alignment with the team
• Co-create, prioritize and coordinate the CLT backlog based on available capacity
• Drive alignment with other constructs
• Continuously engage with senior leadership/stakeholders to align on priorities and major dependencies
• Implement and monitor practices to enhance CLT members capabilities
• Facilitate regular performance review sessions and define improvement areas with CLT

Experience:
At least 5 years experience in processes related to business units, users (in FO, dealers, suppliers) and customers is preferred.
Experience in building teams/communities
Business performance management
8+ years of IT professional experience, preferable FO experience
Experience in project management/coordination
Highly motivated advocate of Agile@FO transformation

Education:
BA or BSc
MBA is a plus
