What are we looking for in this position?

  • We are looking for an ambitious Compensation and Benefits Team Member to join our team. As a Compensation & Benefits & Performance Team Member, you will be part of the team responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees compensation, rewards and benefits. Your role will be extremely important as you will be a member of the team developing programs that aim to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Taking role in the overall planning and execution of Annual Salary Review, bonus, benefit programs (flexible benefits), grade system , rewarding and performance evaluation
  • Coordinating a OKR based performance management system (Koç Diyalog)
  • Follow market trends in total rewards,
  • Manage salary and benefits of the new employees,
  • Participation in redesign of C&B processes,
  • Participation in redesign of cross-functional HR projects or company wide strategy projects
  • Prepare and consolidate executive reports on a weekly / monthly /yearly basis,


Technical & Behavioural Skills and Competencies

Technical & Behavioural Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Maths, Industrial Engineer, Management Engineering or related fields
  • Experience in compensation and benefits for min 2 years will be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English,
  • Knowledge of MS Office programms (good level in Excel)
  • Having level of knowledge and experience in salary surveys and job grading systems of global consulting firms (preferably those of Hay Group, Tower Watsons, Mercer) will be an asset
  • Good command of the relevant SAP HR modules,
  • Hardworking, analytical, dedicated, business-minded personality.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Detailed and result-oriented.
  • Team player.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Respect for confidentiality.
