Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for HCV EESE Customer Centricity Team Member experience in EESE technology who will work in the MIM Tribe in Agile structure. This roll will be mainly responsible for product develpment of ongoing product related to EESE system used across Ford OTOSAN products. HCV EESE Customer Centricity Engineer collaborates closely with other departments to deliver reliability of EESE system.
HCV EESE Customer Centricity Team Members are;
Coordinate resolution of supplier quality and plant quality/manufacturing issues by liaising with relevant teams
Identify best design solution for design quality issues by liaising with Core Engineering teams
Drive engineering concerns through change management process
Raise and track projects through Balanced Single Agenda for Quality system
Support in-cycle program changes
Resolution of Fresh Eyes Review and AIMS issues
Use 6 Sigma tools and processes for resolution of complex problems
Develop/Implement Quicker Service Fix
Support production vehicles Bill of Material record corrections
Service parts release and record corrections
Assessment of Alert and SREA requests
Ensure and facilitate appropriate communications links with internal / external activities / areas.
Be familiar with and operate according to the Ford Quality System, including all procedures, reference sources, local procedures, local working practices and best practice engineering and quality tools / processes.
Resolves production internal issues, which gate quality, and/or have an FTT design element

Requirements

Experience
Min.Bahcelor’s Degree (Related University & Electric/Electronics/Control Engineering)
Fluent in English
Experience in driveline systems is an asset
Knowledge on engineering & quality systems and tools
Good communication skills

Education
University Degree in Engineering

Skills & Competencies
Minimum 2 years of Automotive experience
University Degree in Electric/Electronics/Control Engineering
Project management skills, with the ability to delivery projects on time and within budget
Knowledge in Ethernet /CAN /J1939 /CAN FD /LIN communication protocols
Knowledge for power electronics and electronic components and circuit analysis
Knowledge in Control System Algorithms
TeamCenter Knowledge
DFMEA , PFMEA Knowledge
Technical drawing knowledge (2D/3D)
Understanding Bill of Material Methodology
Perceiving Advanced Driver Assistance System Functions (MOIS, LKA , BLIS , AEBS , LDWS etc.)
Strong technical research, writing skills, presentation skills
Self-starter and learner and able to quickly obtain and grow knowledge in a rapidly developing technology.
Ability to work interdisciplinary.
Experience in problem solving
Strong problem solving and analytical ability
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute technically demanding projects working cross functionally.
Advanced command in English

Eskişehir / İnönü

Need to Relocate or Mobility
Mobility is required by as Job requires. Examples are global supplier visits, Ford OTOSAN test centre visits.
