What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist – Corporate Transformation who will join our team at Strategy Directorate.

• Execute enterprise-wide transformation projects, addressing business challenges and achieving organizational objectives,
• Drive the problem solving with scoping, framework building, analyses and research and develop solid strategic plans for key transformation projects,
• Create and deliver strategic pitches and effective business presentations to multiple stakeholders,
• Resolve capacity, pacing, resourcing issues or any other red flags within projects by enabling senior leadership attention and support,
• Work with minimum guidance under the direction of Strategy Directorate and attend senior leadership team meetings and discussions.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• 2+ years of relevant experience with a min. of 2 years at a top strategy consulting firm or strategy related business function of a corporation,
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with consistent outstanding academic record (MBA is a plus),
• Considerable breadth and depth of experience of strategy formulation and analysis in large and complex corporate environments,
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives,
• Strong leadership skills in a team environment and ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization,
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in Turkish and English.
