What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial who will join our team at Legal & Compliance Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Provide research, counsel, and guidance on legal questions or issues of bussiness units,
• Preparation and review of contracts  and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters to protect the organization's legal and business interests,
• Analyze and identify legal risks and implications.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable law firm or a national/multinational company,
• Experienced in Commercial Law, Consumer Law, IP Law and Law of Obligations,
• Working independently on assigned legal projects,
• Excellent verbal and written skills and excellent command of legal terminology in English.
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
