What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Brand Manager - Global Brand Management who will join our team at Global Brand Management Directorate in Beko Corporate.

The Senior Brand Manager plays a critical role in defining and executing global brand strategies within the Beko Corporate Global Brands (Beko, Whirlpool, Hotpoint & Indesit). They drive the development of global brand equity, campaign planning, and product communication, ensuring consistency across markets while tailoring strategies to local needs.

• Lead the development and execution of global brand strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Drive the creation of 360° marketing campaigns, including ATL, digital, retail, and trade activations.
• Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) launches by defining value propositions, messaging, and visual assets.
• Manage relationships with global creative agencies, guiding them through campaign execution and performance evaluation.
• Define and implement global Point of Sale (POS) and retail marketing materials.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Trade, and Finance) to ensure commercial success.
• Provide input on brand portfolio strategy, including market clustering and product positioning.
• Analyze brand and category performance, extracting insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.

The position is located in İstanbul / Türkiye.

• 6–8 years of experience in global brand management, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong background in global campaign development, brand positioning, and marketing strategy.
• Experience working with global teams and managing agency relationships.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and business case development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization and influence stakeholders.
