What awaits you in this role?

 

We are looking for a passionate Lead – Media Planning who will join our team at Global Brand Management Directorate in Beko Corporate.

 

  • Be a part of the HQ media & customer acquisition & trade team to work with regions to land the brand based global media strategy to the countries.
  • Develop and oversee the annual and campaign-specific media plans for HQ specific projects.
  • Ensure alignment with the brand's marketing objectives and global guidelines.
  • Combine data analysis, technical knowledge, local feedback, and market understanding to manage complex campaigns and meet the objectives.
  • Plan and manage media investments with 4P mindset.
  • Deliver, optimize and report holistic & KPI based media campaigns with HQ media budget.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide and share actionable insights to optimize future plans. 
  • Explain complex results through simple yet innovative visuals
  • Identify and test emerging media opportunities and trends to ensure the brand stays ahead in the digital and traditional media landscape.
  • Test new tools and channels with the pilot countries as a POC and share the results with the global marketing teams.
  • Support the development of platform-specific media packs (e.g., Google Pack, YouTube) to enhance media effectiveness.
  • Understand category trends, analysis local country’s needs and gather consumer insights to feed in product communication media strategy.
  • Oversee relationships with media agencies and global platform partners like Google, Meta, and Programmatic platforms.

 

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

 

How do we describe the perfect match?

 

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of media platforms, digital and traditional media channels.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in media performance tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with global media agencies and platform partners.
  • Familiarity with Share of Voice (SOV) and Market Share (MS) metrics.
  • Proficiency in media planning software and analytics tools.
  • Preferred: Experience in Home Appliances or retail industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
