What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead – Human Resources Business Partner who will join our team at Human Resources Directorate in Beko Corporate.

  • Act as first point of contact for all HR related questions for related teams and as a strategic business partner to deliver comprehensive value-add HR support and implement HR strategies,
  • Ensure that the HR practices and policies are in line with Beko Global guidelines, values and applicable labor laws,
  • Be responsible of the execution of all HR functions such as; performance management, recognition and reward, talent management, employee engagement, internal communication, onboarding, development processes,
  • Drive the talent agenda through identification of talent pool candidates, promoting career development, coaching, and development planning,Coaching leadership team on people related concerns, and provide employee relations guidance,
  • Lead initiatives & projects that improve people experience,Supporting and lead HR specific projects/initiatives, including organizational and change management employer branding, talent acquisition & retention, compensation & benefits,Reporting KPIs & managing HR budged process.

The position is located in İstanbul, Türkiye. 

How do we describe the perfect match?

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or Management Engineering,
  • Having min 5 years of experience in Human Resources,
  • Preferably being experienced in production companies/sectors,Preferably having a knowledge of SAP HR modules, SuccessFactors,
  • Experience in coaching managers, and strong talent assessment skills,
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & processes in a rapidly changing environment,
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills and the ability to build relationships & influence across the organization,Strong organizing, problem solving, collaboration, and analytical thinking skills,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,Excellent verbal and written skills in English,Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
  • Outside the box thinking ability,
  • Open to innovation culture,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.
