What awaits you in this role?
 

We are looking for a passionate Associate – Talent Acquisition who will join our team Talent Acquisition team in Human Resources.

• Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist in managing recruitment processes,
• Participate in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview processes,
• Take an active role in recruitment projects and contribute to process improvements,
• Support the team during university events (career fairs, collaborations, etc.),
• Update and manage the candidate database,
• Provide suggestions to enhance the candidate experience and contribute to feedback processes,
• Work closely with the HR team and participate in various HR projects.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

• Recent graduate from relevant university departments (Business, HR, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and a good team player,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Eager to learn and develop, with a desire to start a career in Human Resources,

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for quality,
• Outside the box thinking ability.
