We are looking for a passionate Specialist Engineer - R&D who will join our team at Production & Technology directorate.

What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - R&D (Structural Design) who will join us at Dishwasher Product Directorate.

• Managing and leading design processes (modeling, prototyping, design verification),
• Designing body group of the dishwasher (both plastic design and sheet metal design),
• Creating new design criteria files about new designs and revising current design criteria files,
• Planning test plans according to project schedules, planning laboratory activities, and reporting the test results,
• Evaluating of new design and design changing and preparing corrective action plan according to test results,
• Following/learning and developing related tests standards and instructions,
• Revising test instructions and writing new instructions about new designs,
• Leading and participating in R&D projects for improving and developing new and existing products,
• Presenting and sharing useful information across departments and functions.

The position is located in Ankara – Dishwasher Plant.

 How do we describe the perfect match ?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master Degree or Ph.D. degree is a plus),
• Having experience in the household or similar electrical appliances,
• Having experience in structural design and structural analysis
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related area,
• Having experience in CAD programs (UG NX and 6 Sigma Belts is plus),
• Having experience in design steps, mechanism design and analysis, benchmarking, prototyping, FMEA analysis, project management,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
