What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist Engineer - R&D  who will join our team at Dishwasher  Product Directorate.

• Having great desire for not only to model but also to design the Dishwasher Basket and its parts for both wire and plastic.
• NX, Catia, Solidworks ( CAD ) knowledge and experience is required. ( NX is a plus)
• Knowledge of 6Sigma tools and project management
• Having strong analytical, marketing and product management skills and long-term approach,
• Understanding consumer insights,
• Analyzing market, consumer and technology trends to offer innovative projects,
• Leading the entire product journey end-to-end, from the emergence of the product idea with the consumer's need, to the product launch and analysis of market performance.
• Managing global product ranges, with P&L, efficiency and strategic pricing approach, in coordination with regional and local teams

The position is located in Ankara, Sincan.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Master’s/Doctorate Degree is a plus,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position,
• Knowledge and experience of production technologies
• Having experience of Quality Systems ( such as capability analyses)
• Having experience in 2D and 3D design design with CAD prog.
• Verbal and written skills in English 
• Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
