 What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a Senior Specialist Engineer - Quality Assurance who will join our team at Washing Machine Product Directorate.

• Responsible for the quality of electronic board
• Developing new test methods for electronic boards
• Preparing Quality test plans of electronic board
• Managing the electronic board inspection laboratories
• Monitoring Electronic Manufacturing Supplier KPI’s and reporting
• Visiting Suppliers to ensure corrective and preventive action’s effectiveness
• Monitoring and analyzing the field quality data of electronic to find root causes and solutions and to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Process flow and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis
• Participation in supplier audits to contribute to supplier development
• Following/learning and developing related test standards

The position is located in Çayırova, Kocaeli. 

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of usage of Altium Designer as schematic and pcb
• Knowledge of IoT products
• Knowledge of PCB layout design is plus
• Having experience in SAP QM, FMEA, 6 Sigma, MSA, ISO9001
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,

• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
