What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead  - Data Governance Partner  to join our Data Governance team at Information Technologies Directorate.

  • Understanding Arçelik’s domains and data deeply from the business perspective and Execution of data governance processes in data domains,
  • Acting as a facilitator across the enterprise for achieving mind shift on data culture,
  • Working with data owners to ensure the data policy compliance,
  • Coordinating analytical model demand management and prioritization processes,
  • Monitoring and supporting compliance of analytical model lifecycle activities to the analytics governance standards,
  • Assuring Data-Process alignment within data domains,
  • Establishment, follow-up and quality assurance activities of policies, standards and metrics related to data quality,
  • Monitoring and coordinating the projects related to data quality,
  • Identification of data quality problems, suggestions for improvement and follow-up of the improvement process,
  • Coordination of stakeholders of data domains and resolution of data issues, escalation where necessary,
  • Analyzing, designing and maintaining software solutions to meet data and analytics governance needs such as metadata management, data quality management, data life cycle management etc.

 

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

 

 

How do we describe the perfect match?

  • Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, MIS and Business Engineering,
  • Minimum 7 years of related work experience,
  • Experience at least 2 years in data governance ( data quality management, metadata management, master data management, data architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence tools)
  • Very good written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness and proven ability to work with project and senior management level, ability to communicate to C-Level,
  • Acquire the role of a trusted advisor inside the organization,
  • Experienced in reporting, data analysis, business Intelligence and data quality management,
  • Experienced in metric development, dashboard design and automation with data management tools,
  • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing & retail processes is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Understanding needs of the market & customer,
  • Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
  • Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
  • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
  • Building collaboration,
  • Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas
