What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Lead - Logistics Central Operations join our team at Supply Chain Transformation Directorate.
- Involving or leading process improvement, productivity, cost control/reduction and lean 6σ projects for Logistics,
- Developing and deploying the standards for Logistics,
- Benchmarking,
- Defining, monitoring and improving the KPIs,
- Improving Health&Safety Standards and workplace ergonomics and root cause studies,
- Defining the technical requirements and the feasibility analysis for the equipment investments,
- Improving the efficiency of the workforce, MTM analysis, simulation studies,
- Planning, conducting and improving the KPI for inventory counting,
- Leading and support the personnel under his/her responsibility.
- To manage end-to-end logistics operations of warehouses, transport, inbound logistics operations.
- To develop savings projects related to logistics operations in line
- Supporting the purchasing team in logistics tenders related to the field.
The position is located in Kocaeli, Gebze/Pelitli.
How do we describe the perfect match?
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields,
- Having experience in analytics, management consultancy, production, retail, finance or reporting processes,
- Min. 3+ years hands-on experience with relevant set of skills,
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, statistics, data analytics and driving results,
- Strong knowledge of microsoft office programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
