What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Simulation & Modeling who will join our team at Production Teachnologies Directorate.
- Making time studies with MTM,
- System engineering to analyze and design process,
- Making the simulations of automation projects, material handling sytems and work processes including workflows and/or decision mechanisms, designing these processes and workflows accordingly,
- Feasibility and make/buy analysis for the investment projects and business processes,
- Ergonomics and work safety analysis of work stations, managing the improvement projects of probable risks, designing the optimal work station structure,
- Executing the Long Term Planning activities of the department,
- Improvement of overall efficiency by carrying out cost and process improvement projects in the supported production plants,
- Releasing advanced reports,
- Ensuring the necessary process steps to be completed on time at the new product projects,
- Developing ideas and lead creative production and material handling related projects.
The position is located in Çayırova.
How do we describe the perfect match?
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or preferably M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or Management,
- Preferably at least 5 years experience in mass production assembly lines,
- Advanced in / strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Simulation knowledge,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Experience of KANBAN, TPM, 5S, MRP and PLM applications,
- Knowledge of Agile Production, Value Stream Map, Industry 4.0 and MES,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
