What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Global Senior Specialist - Information Security join our team at Cyber Security Management.

• Annual review and communication of information security policies, procedures and guidelines
• To take part in internal and external audits in the field of information security, to ensure that the information and documents requested in the audit are met, to prepare an action plan for non-compliance and suggestions and to follow this plan.
• To determine the training and application contents within the scope of the information security awareness program, to follow up and report the studies within this program
• Preparing data inventory regarding data loss prevention application, defining the rules within this inventory and monitoring/following the cases
• Ensuring that information security risk inventory and information security control framework are routinely followed, action taken and reported
• Ensuring the recording of information security incidents and incidents in accordance with the Cyber ​​Security Incident Response Procedure, preparing an action plan in order to prevent the incidents from happening again and following it.
• Reviewing compliance with legislation and standards affecting information security and other related processes, supporting the relevant teams to resolve the detections
• Execution of third-party information security risk management processes
• Identifying and tracking actions that will increase process maturity levels with reference to COBIT, ISO27001 and NIST frameworks

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security or related fields
• Knowledge of risk management and security related standards & regulations including ISO 27001, the Protection of Personal Data Law (KVKK/GDPR), COBIT, ITIL, CIS and NIST frameworks
• Holder of at least one of CISA, CISM, CRISC and ISO27001 LA certifications or willing to get these certifications within a year
• Ability to manage documentation, reporting, action planning and following
• Directly partner with the relevant departments to support internal and external audit
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish
• Having at least 4 years experience in the following areas: Information Security Awareness Program, Information Security Risk Management, Information Security Supplier Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Incident Response, Cloud Security, Data Classification, Data Loss Prevention Program, Insider Threat Risk Management
• Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact
