What awaits you in this role?

      We are looking for a passionate Global Senior Lead - It Digital Marketing & Consumer Experiences Analyst who will join our team at Information Technologies Directorate.

• Coordinating with functional consultants and supplier team to implement the design, 
• Performing functional tests to confirm solution design before hand over for business test,
• Ensuring appropriate use of IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies,
• Leading project in the respective task area for the new development of complex solutions
• Consulting, analyzing and improving business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value-added new technologies,
• Taking role at Global websites analysis , prioritizing the requirements according to website dynamics,
• Performing steakholder and business relation management,
• Following digital marketing trends and suggesting new business models to business units or optimizing existing business models ,
• Having knowledge about web technologies such as CMS,SEO,CDN,Analytics,Behavioral targeting, insite search,user experience etc,
• Having experience at CDN management and website performance increase works,
• Having knowledge of Digital Asset Management platforms and concepts
• Having knowledge of product data information systems and knowledge about relation between CMS and PIMS
• Having knowledge of penetration tests and security consepts of B2C websites
• Having experience at website test automation to decrease the bugs and increase the quality of websites,
• Having knowledge about web personalization , being aware of online and offline channel transitivity , omnichannel perspective
• Taking a role in digital marketing departments or having digital marketing IT experience.

The position is located in Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering departments (Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in website design & implementation & maintenance process,
• Having experience in IT project management,
• Having experience in eCommerce processes is a plus,
• Having software development experience is a plus,
• Having knowledge of business analysis processes
• Having knowledge of customer relation management,
• Strong knowledge of Web Content Management System
• Having knowledge of Product Information Management System
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and technical accountability
• Knowledge about CRM approach and lead generation
• General knowledge of software development processes,
• Having Business Analysis Certificate is a plus,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English ,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
