As the IT – Corporate Sales Solutions Senior Specialist, you will take part and lead our challenging global Sales Projects in a multitier network with multifocal objectives,  mainly  on SAP environments as well as with other leading Sales solutions and contribute Arçelik Sales in his digital transformation journey. 

 

What awaits you in this role?

 

We are looking for a passionate Global Senior Lead – IT Corporate Sales Solutions who will join our team at Information Technologies Directorate. 

  • Being responsible of business analysis, process design, system configuration, testing and supporting in Sales related topics,
  • Determining customers' needs and desires and translating business requirements into user stories with various business analysis techniques,
  • Searching and implementing innovative and best fit solutions with appropriate methodologies to meet and exceed expectations,
  • Leading IT Projects and internal and external project resources in area specific or crossfunctional projects,
  • Ensuring appropriate use of IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies,
  • Working closely with multinational supply chain, production, and purchasing business teams as a member of our IT organization.
  • Managing the relationship with stakeholders, vendors and providers within the integration process,
  • Exploring and suggesting new business models by tracking new trends in digital World.

 

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce. 

 

How do we describe the perfect match?

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, both on process and  systems design, configuration and execution of Sales & Distrubition processes and related systems,
  • Having strong knowledge on Sales & Distrubition processes and deep knowledge on sales concepts and dynamics such as Pre-sales processes, Order management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing , Rebates and Credit management.
  • Having strong knowledge in SAP tools (ERP) and planning modules (SD,MM, etc), supported with execution modules experience (MM, SD), Experience on Atlassian Tools Suite (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft Office Programs and other leading tools in area is a plus.
  • Having experience in large organizations with multisite sales and supply chain environment is a plus,
  • Having competency in business analysis techniques,
  • Certification on above mentioned topics is a plus, Minimum 1 full cycle IT project lead experience, preferbably in managing large scale and/or international projects,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
