We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a C&B (Compensation and Benefits) Associate. As a C&B Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of our organization's compensation and benefits programs. You will work closely with the C&B Experts and other HR team members to ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are fair, and aligned with our organizational goals.

 

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate- Compensation & Benefits (HR) who will join our team.

  • Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs, including health and wellness, rewarding, retirement, and other employee benefit plans
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits programs and provide guidance and support
  • Process and maintain employee benefit records and ensure accuracy of employee data
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of benefit communications and materials
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of benefit-related transactions
  • Support the development and implementation of employee wellness programs
  • Maintain knowledge of current benefit trends and best practices
  • Support the annual performance review process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

 

How do we describe the perfect match?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other HR-related software applications
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits programs and practices is a plus
