What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Order Management & Export Logistics join our team at Supply Chain Directorate.

• Analysing demand progress, trends, seasonality, fluctuations and anomalies. Conducting research on global developments, demand trends and market trends, seasonality, competition, customer, product type/variety, and contributing to sales and stock management by comparing them with demand.
• Directing the establishment and management of project teams, updating and / or adapting existing processes execution.
• Making reports using statistics and advanced data analysis techniques, providing infrastructure and process support to decision support systems.
• Establishing the design, measurement and follow-up systematic of KPIs that will increase end-to-end traceability, having a good command of supply chain metrics, cooperating with the relevant teams within SC directorate and guiding the teams.
• Identification of process needs and coordination with Digitalisation / IT teams.
• Management of process improvement, cost & process optimization, traceability, efficiency and performance projects.

The position is located in Çayırova.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Management Information Systems or related fields,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or related fields,
• Having experience in SAP environment is a plus,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about global business,
• Analytical thinking and having highly problem solving skills
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Understanding needs of the factories & suppliers,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration with internal and external suppliers and customers,
