What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Financial Reporting & System Development who will join our team at Product Sourcing directorate.

 

  • Preparing & Designing accurate and timely consolidated reports (sales, profitability, procurement,LTP etc.)for Product Sourcing Directorate. in accordance to accounting standards applicable to the company,
  • Preparing & Revising & Tracking Yearly Procurement Budget in SAP BPC & Expense Budget acc to ZBB,
  • Designing the processes in Product Sourcing Directorate in line with targets and strategies of the company with a global point of view,
  • Providing the requests with holistic assessment and generalization with regard to all locations and all related businesses,
  • Detecting basic problems in processes, taking action for the solution, to become a function as a bridge between the business and IT for correct identification by prioritizing the needs in their own area, anddevelops cooperation,
  • Analysing business processes; conducting full-scope internal audits to evaluate risks, controlling and operational effectiveness and efficiency of processes,
  • Carrying out activities for process design, improvement, and monitoring,
  • Organizing required training and development activities for the process to be conducted wholesome andproviding that the business actively participates,
  • Sharing the forthcoming needs of the business with IT for the purpose of input to budget works,
  • Cooperating with the key users in locations on effective usage and globalization of determined processes,
  • Determining the team members in the business in the works conducted with IT, executing the changemanagement within directorate and company, carrying out the required time, location and sourceorganization on behalf of the business, conducting test studies, approving the functional design prepared byIT and on behalf of the business for live usage after the tests and making suggestions to extend the solutions.

 

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

 

How do we describe the perfect match?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and similar,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Process Development, Analysis,
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications, especially Excel, Access and PowerPoint,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
  • Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
  • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
  • Building collaboration,
  • Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,
