What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist Engineer- Mechanical Automation & Process who will join our team at Dishwasher Plant Production Engineering Department Process directorate.
- We are looking for a passionate Specialist – Process who will join Process Team at Ankara Dishwasher Plant.
- Performing efficiency and cost reduction projects with technical process, metal&plastic process production, test equipments. (improvements are specially for cycle time, scrap, quality, material cost reduction, etc.)
- Making equipment capacity analyses and initiate new equipment or continuity equipment investments.
- Coordinating, supporting and monitoring the implementation of projects, process activities and requirements till serial production.
- Providing technical support to supplier production process problems.
- Creating the technical specifications of the projects (capacity increase, improvement, digitalization, new product adaptation) and installation of the projects at plant&suppliers.
- Following new production technologies and apply them to existing technologies at suppliers.
- Knowledge of digital systems, automation, image processing control, quality test systems.
- Driving modernization and new investments in accordance with planned budget.
The position is located in Ankara.
How do we describe the perfect match?
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related departments,
- Having experience in project management,
- Having experience in quality&efficiency improvement projects,
- Knowledge of metal and plastic production techniques (welding techniques, plasma, painting, etc)
- Creating the technical specifications of the projects (capacity increase, improvement, digitalization, new product adaptation) and installation of the projects at plant&suppliers,
- Implementation and commissioning of efficiency improvement projects,
- Managing/planning cost-saving projects,
- Driving modernization and new investments in accordance with planned budget,
- Following new production technologies and apply them to existing technologies,
- Leading supplier transformation program for automation, manufacturing and quality systems,
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 50001 Standards,
- Responsible for implementation of new technology & green energy system projects, also following sustainability studies,
- Defining and solving production and quality problems in short and long term using 6 sigma and other tools,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Strong knowledge of Siemens NX program
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
