What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Strategic Communication who will join our team at Strategic Communication Team.

• Creative Comms Content and Strategy Development
• Creating Content and Project Development for Sustainability Communications and Corporate Brand
• Conducting global communications risk assessments, strategic planning, and multi-market preparation
• Managing Global Consumer PR
• Developing communication ideas and tactics
• Producing high-quality communications assets in various formats, including reports, policies, stories, and press releases
• Charting the route of sustainability communication, a strategic diversification tool for the company
• Preparing corporate reports in alignment with other departments
• Managing and implementing corporate social responsibility and sustainability projects
• Cooperating and engaging in project development with international organizations
• Developing communication ideas and plans for sustainability-related awards, and achievements in sustainability indices,
• Identifying current and future sustainability trends globally to develop corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability projects in line with the company’s priority areas,
• Ensuring that sustainability communications strategy, narrative, and messaging is embedded in company’s corporate assets such as the website, presentations, guidelines and any other digital and printed materials,
• Leading the communications activities with Arçelik's business partners and organizations which Arçelik is a member of in the field of sustainability, developing external relations with other organizations, NGOs, and IGOs to foster the position of Arçelik as a sustainability leader,
• Collaborating with consumer brand teams to build Arçelik's global brands' sustainability strategy and journey.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or other related fields,
• Having 4 years+ experience in the communications (Media, PR agency, Corporate) sector is a must,
• Having ability to work effectively with diverse multicultural and multidisciplinary teams,
• Having ability to build collaboration and multi-task,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
