What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist Engineer - R&D - Test & Verification who will join our team at Refrigerator Product Directorate & Egypt Plant.

• Functional Dimensioning of refrigerators and freezers,
• Defining of the needed components of the cooling system and creating the test specifications,
• Planning of related tests in laboratory,
• Preparing test units and executing the tests according to standards and internal guidelines,
• Optimization of products to reach given efficiency, performance, function,
• Optimization of products to improve quality or to reduce costs.

Position is located in Eskişehir for the first year, and then will work in the Egypt factory.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Knowledge about Thermodynamics and basic knowledge of electric and electronics,
• Used to work in international teams and have intercultural experience,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
