As a Senior Specialist Engineer – R&D (Harness & Components) in our Washing Machine plant, you will get hand-on responsibility starting your first day. You will participating in R&D projects for developing new product and developing, maintaining and improving washing machine electronic control boards, harness.

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist Engineer - R&D (Harness & Components) who will join our team at Washing Machine Product Directorate.

• Participating in R&D projects for developing new products,
• Developing, maintaining and improving washing machine electromechanical components, harness(Cable&Sockets).

The position is located in Manisa.

How do we describe the perfect match? 

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related areas,
• Strong knowledge of IEC/EN electrical tests.
• Strong knowledge of Harness design,(cable&socket)
• Strong knowledge of Product power cable
• Strong knowledge of filtering component(emi filter, harmonic reactor, ferrite core)  on harness.
• Knowledge of Electromechanical Components ( Pump, valve, ntc, fan, heater etc).
• Knowledge of Failure Mode Effects Analysis methodology.
• Knowledge of Reliability methodology and tools is plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
