What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - R&D System Design join our team at Compressor & Refrigerator Product Directorate.

• Understanding of noise generation in mechanical, aeroacoustics, and electro-mechanical systems, including quantification and modification of the sound of refrigerator and compressor components,
• Performing root cause analysis of noise sources,
• Performing acoustic testing, sound quality evaluation, and sound design studies,
• Establishing experimental setup, executing experiments and data analysis,
• Working with cross-functional teams on creative solutions to noise problems,
• Participating in R&D projects for developing new products,
• Evaluating of designs, documents, standards, algorithms, and technologies,
• Evaluating design alternatives based on cost quality and production feasibility,
• Defining and executing final tests to verify the specifications,
• Preparing corrective action plan according to test results
• Implementing product prototypes, required performance tests and develop the design,
• Preparing test scripts, test plans, and test reports
• Following/learning and developing related tests standards,
• Planning laboratory activities for product approvals,
• Conducting Cost Improvement Projects,
• Conducting Component Change Projects,
• Conducting Derivative Projects,
• Conducting Quality Improvement Projects.

The position is located in Eskişehir.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably Master’s / Doctorate degree in fields associated with Mechanical Vibration and Acoustics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related area,
• Knowledge of NVH Engineering and Aero-Acoustics
• Knowledge of is Acoustics simulation tools (SYSNOISE, Simcenter, LMS Virtual Lab etc.), is a plus
• Knowledge of CFD analysis tools (Ansys Fluent), is a plus
• Preferably having experience in mechanical vibrations and flow induced noise,
• Experience in anechoic / semi-anechoic acoustic chambers and the use of precision-grade instrumentation (e.g. acoustic camera etc)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,

• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
