What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Quality Assurance who will join our team at the Refrigerator Product Directorate. 

•  Knowledge of Refrigeration Systems: Understanding the principles of refrigeration, including thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics, is essential for evaluating refrigerator performance. 

• Quality Control and Assurance: Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and statistical process control (SPC) is necessary to monitor and improve the performance of refrigerators. 

• Testing and Measurement: Proficiency in using various testing equipment and tools to measure performance parameters such as temperature, efficiency, and energy consumption. 

• Attention to Detail: Being meticulous and thorough in documenting test procedures, results, and any anomalies in performance data. 

• Data Analysis: Skills in data analysis and statistical analysis tools like Excel, Minitab, or statistical software to interpret test results and identify performance issues. 

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and troubleshoot performance problems in refrigerators and propose solutions for improvement. 

• Safety Awareness: Prioritizing safety protocols when dealing with refrigeration systems, as they can involve potentially hazardous materials and conditions. 

• Representing quality assurance department along the new product execution process, 

• Overlooking the whole new product execution process from the quality angle, 

• Coordinating the quality improvement projects, 

• Taking care of the process quality, corrective and preventive actions, 

• To analyze product failure, deep dive into possible root causes 

• Improving corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints, 

• Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving standards to ensure the highest quality products. 

The position is located in Eskişehir. 

How do we describe the perfect match? 

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 

• Having experience in Process Quality is a plus, 

• Ability for data analysis, 

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, 

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 

• Data-driven approach and ability to translate data into insights and actions, 

• Thinking broadly about business, 

• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies, 

• Outside the box thinking ability, 

• Open to innovation culture, 

• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
