What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Regional Growth Senior Lead who will join our team at Regional Marketing, Business Transformation & Growth I South Asia directore.

 

As the Regional Business Growth Senior Lead for South Asia, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and drive the growth of our company's subsidiaries in the South Asian countries. You will lead strategic initiatives, ensure consistent execution of business plans, and collaborate with subsidiary leaders to achieve revenue and market share targets. In addition, you will spearhead a financial discipline initiative to enhance financial management and performance within the region. It is also crucial to foster synergy within the region and ensure parallel efforts with the company's global integration. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in subsidiary management, market expansion, financial discipline implementation, and the ability to facilitate seamless integration across borders.

 

  • Lead the development of long-term growth strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Identify emerging market trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategies for sustainable business growth.
  • Develop and oversee strategies for product category expansion and portfolio management.
  • Analyze market dynamics and customer preferences to guide product development and positioning.
  • Ensure product category strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Establish best practices for budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and financial reporting across subsidiaries.
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility and accountability, helping subsidiaries operate efficiently while meeting financial targets and minimizing financial risks
  • Assess and recommend investment opportunities in new markets, technologies, or acquisitions.
  • Analyze budget allocation, resource planning, and ROI analysis for growth initiatives.
  • Monitor investment performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize returns.
  • Leads the development of comprehensive business plans for various market segments and product categories.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and feasibility of business plans.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and success.
  • Establish a culture of executional excellence within the organization, ensuring that strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying and addressing roadblocks.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of business processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to gain buy-in and support for growth strategies and plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for executing a strategic plan to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and alignment among regional entities or subsidiaries, optimizing synergies and improving overall performance.
  • Providing executive reporting and turn them into action plans and follow-up with respective stakeholders

 

This position is located in İstanbul, Kadıköy.

 

How do we describe the perfect match?

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in, Business Administration or Engineering,
  • Having minimum 8 years of experience,
  • Having experience in determining product strategy and a commercial bent of mind in addition to product knowledge,
  • Having a strategic approach to understand data metrics and turn them into action areas by alligning with multiple stakeholders,
  • Excellent analytical skills,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Eager to travel and work with different cultures,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
