What awaits you in this role?
 

We are looking for a passionate Lead-Regional E-Commerce who will join our team at Regional Business Transformation & Ecommerce directorate - South Asia.

• Lead regional ecommerce strategy & customize according to market needs and help the execution of the strategy & plans on both brand website & marketplaces for different markets,
• Understand & closely follow up daily e-commerce operations and co-work on strategy, planning, execution, top management reporting as a member of e- commerce agile team in the markets inorder to ensure reaching ecommerce targets,
• Contribute to create e-commerce friendly product portfolio within sharing consumer insights,
• Help to develop «go to market» strategies & launch plans in order to ensure best in class growth strategy & customer experience on marketplaces within working highly cross functional teams in the region as well partners’ regional/local teams,
• Lead joint business plans & roadmaps with partners, marketplaces in regional level,
• Support both daily operations & mega campaign management in regional level and bring a holistic approach to utilize in the markets in terms of know-how transfer, business efficiency and team collaboration,
• Support digital focused product launches & (digital) marketing activities in coordination with both local & regional growth and marketing communication teams,
• Monitor all OKRs closely and be pro-active to mitigate the risks with a data-driven suggestions such as sharing global best cases, benchmarks and know-how transferring in close collaboration & coordination with e-commerce market leaders in the region,
• Discover new growth opportunities leveraging consumer insights & customer data on online channels with consumer centric & data–driven approach,
• Be an integral part of Omnichannel Transformation & e-commerce Growth Programs in region to actively support customer & operational excellence for ecommerce. 

The position located in  İstanbul, Kadıköy.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Administrative Faculties,
• Minimum 8 years experience in business development, sales & marketing - especially focus on e-commerce, marketplaces, digital marketing areas,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies – especially for ecommerce business,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and welcome to the diversity,
• A great player with a self initiative mindset,
