We are looking for a passionate Lead - Digital Marketing Communications who will join our team at Marketing Directorate in Arçelik Türkiye.

 

  • Lead the digital communication and media strategy for Beko Turkey, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build integrated, data-driven campaigns that inspire, engage, and convert.
  • Develop and execute strategic digital communication plans to elevate brand awareness and strengthen brand image across all digital channels.
  • Lead and guide media agencies and external partners in creating, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and performance KPIs.
  • Manage and collaborate with creative, influencer, and production agencies, ensuring strong alignment with brand strategy and timely, impactful execution.
  • Analyze and report on social media, digital content, and paid media campaigns with a focus on brand impact, engagement, and sales conversion.
  • Partner with influencers, creators, and content teams to build authentic, impactful brand narratives and drive engagement across platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and digital performance teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and maximize results across the full funnel.
  • Manage digital projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, performance optimization, and creative innovation.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, AI-powered tools, and technologies shaping the future of digital marketing.
  • Identify culturally relevant insights and trends to develop fresh, resonant content ideas that engage the target audience.
  • Maintain a holistic understanding of the paid, owned, and earned media ecosystem and its role in brand growth.

 

 

The position located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.

 

 

How we describe the perfect match?

 

  • Bachelors or Masters degree from a reputable university in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media management, influencer marketing, content creation, and campaign optimization (agency experience is a strong plus).
  • Proven track record in managing data-driven campaigns and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, programmatic platforms, and social media analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record of building brand awareness, driving engagement, and delivering conversion and ROI across digital platforms.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and a strong eye for impactful, engaging content.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable creative strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and building authentic, effective partnerships in the creator economy.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
  • A natural curiosity for emerging trends, AI-powered tools, and consumer behavior.
  • A growth mindset, always eager to learn, experiment, and improve.
  • A team player who understands the importance of empathy, collaboration, and shared success.
