What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate Manager-Maintenance who will join our team at Manisa Plants in Arçelik Global.

• Keeping mechanical, electrical and electronical equipment running at all times
• Breakdown, planned and preventive maintenance organisation of assembly lines, machines and equipment and utilities
• Maximising the useful life of all equipment at production and utility areas
• Conducting energy efficiency projects and ensuring energy cost reduction
• Defining and conduction of CAPEX & OPEX projects for current and future projects, considering the budget and time targets
• Supporting autonomous maintenance studies
• Eliminating HSE risks with necessary investment or process improvement projects
• Forming extensive plan for factory shut-down periods,
• Monthly KPI reporting
• Managing the maintenance technician team and outsource services
• Defining and following OKRs
• Planning and executing actions for Employee Survey
• Effective communication at every level

This position is located in Manisa,Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's degree in Electric and Electronics or Mechanical  Engineering
• English language – Advanced
• Min. 5 years of managerail role, ability to manage challenging staff
• Practical maintenance experience
• Problem solving techniques
• Positive atitude, energetic
• Basic konwledge in Lean Manufacturing & TPM
• Energy Manager Certiciation
• AutoCAD
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result oriented.
• Very good communication and coordination skills.
• Open to innovation culture,
