What awaits you in this role?

 

 

Arçelik is looking for an Lead-HR Business Partner (Industrial Relations) who will work for Manisa Plants.

 

  • Being resposible of the hourly and monthly paid employees HR Process,
  • Working with business line managers to understand the business needs,
  • Preparing the periodical HR reports,
  • Supporting HR projects,
  • Supporting Training & Development, employee engagement and other HR functions,
  • Following up and keep update the Human Resources documents, regulations, procedures, policies, etc.
  • Knowledge of Turkish Labour Law
  • Following up daily activities.

 

The position is located in Manisa, Türkiye.

 

How do we describe the perfect match?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering  departments( Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources,
  • Strong knowledge of legislation
  • Being able to conduct guidance and counseling to departments,
  • Competency in coordination and organization issues,
  • Preferably being experienced in production companies / sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Strong knowledge of microsoft office programs,
  • Following and adopting the market trends and New Technologies,
  • Outside the box thinking ability,
  • Open to innovation culture,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,
  • A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
  • Knowing what empathy really means,
  • Being open to communication is always our priority.
