The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of fluid dynamics and thermodynamics. They should be able to apply this knowledge to develop and optimize heat pump design for dishwasher products, including compressor, capillary tube, evaporator, condenser and other related components.

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer - R&D who will join our team at Dishwasher Product Directorate.

• Participating in R&D projects for developing new products,
• Planning laboratory activities for product approvals,
• Identifying and solving complex technical problems related to heat pump design.
• Having experience in fluid and thermal system modelling (Ansys Fluent, CoilDesigner, EES, Modelica, NX Modelling etc.),
• Having knowledge in thermal system optimization,
• Benchmarking competitive units and products to analyze their systems and components,
• Designing alternative and competitive components to enhance performance in cleaning and drying
• Presenting and sharing the outcomes of the project across departments and functions,
• Creating activity plans and tacking progresses among cross-functional project teams to complete projects on time, on budget, and to meet customer requirements.

The position is located in Ankara, Sincan.            

How we describe the perfect match?

• Master’s/Doctorate Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in similar position,
• Having experience in heat pump system design,
• Having knowledge about component selection for compressor, capillary tube, evaporator and condenser,

• Ambition to work in laboratory for testing and creating system prototypes,

• Having a passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest advancements in fluid and thermal design,
• Understanding of the household industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor products,

• Thinking broadly about technology development, 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs and result-oriented mindset,     
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,     
• Building collaboration and clear in communicating ideas. 
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
