What awaits you in this role?

• Experienced to manage and report KPIs of the plastic production area such as production efficiency, part quality, energy efficiency.
• Experienced for process capability analysis, statistical control analysis
• Capable to prepare technical specifications for moulds, injection presses and complementary equipment.
• Capable to manage mould design approvals, mould trials (T1 to T-final), necessary mould adjustments/modifications and part first sample approval (FSA) processes.
• Preferably experienced for plastic painting process
• Preferably experienced for tampon serigraphy
• Preferably experienced for ultrasonic, vibration and hotplate plastic welding technologies
• Preferably experienced for non-touch visioning quality control systems
• Preferably capable to use 3D modelling programs (preferably UG NX) and make mould flow analysis
• Familiar with highly automized working environment
• Helping the designers for producibility of plastic parts and providing continuous improvements on parts and processes.

The position is in Manisa Washing Machine Factory.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and/or Materials Engineering
• Good knowledge and experience of plastic raw materials (PP, PP CaCO3; ABS, PC, PA, POM etc.)  and plastic injection process.
• Experienced for plastic injection machines, plastic injection robots and their process adjustments.
• Experienced for plastic mould maintenance and modifications.
• Min 3 years of experience at plastic production process.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and SAP  
• Capable to use 3D modelling programs (preferably UG NX) and AutoCAD
• Out of the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
