What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate  Learning&Development  Lead who will join our team at Learning & Capability Development directoratr.

• Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning Technologies, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible to employees.
• Serve as the global and central contact point for LMS systems and responsible for the governance and implementation of platform principles  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our learning technologies.
• Improve learning management process and develop RPA and other automotion projects with IT teams.
• Collaborate with other members of the Global Learning & Capability community to develop and deliver training programs.

• Planning, organizing, coordinating comprehensive learning & development solutions accordance with the learning calendar in line with the learning needs analysis and budget

• Manage the reporting and budgeting processess.

• Implementing training and development KPIs and evaluates effectiveness of learning solutions to constantly revise, improve and enhance them
• Prepare and utilize reports to monitor KPIs related to training activities.
• Follow up new digital learning trends & have experience in implementing digital learning platforms.

• Contributing specific talent and learning projects when required,

The position is located in Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration,Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or other related fields,
• Willing to pursue a career in Learning and Development,

• SAP HR and Success Factors using experience,

• Having experience in learning and development and/or EdTech is a plus,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Strong  leadership development and potential programs design and program management skills,
• High learning agility,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
