IT solutions and systems are at the center of the sustainability and the efficiency of our business and one of the most important enablers in providing our services and products all over the world. We’re seeking an experienced systems and cloud administrator who’s eager to use and grow his or her technological skills on a worldwide stage. In this role, the successful individual will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, implement new solutions, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy. The System & Cloud Systems Administrator is part of the IT System Technologies team and is responsible for configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting solutions running on the servers and cloud platform.

We are looking for a passionate Systems & Cloud Administrator - System Technologies who will join our team at Information Technologies directorate.

• Taking role in Service Design, Service Transition and IT System Services,
• Taking role in Arçelik Information Technology infrastructure practices globally,
• Working actively in Information Technologies projects and processes at Analysis, Design and Operation levels,
• Taking role in improving existing processes and technologies,
• Following up regulations and acting quickly and accordingly,
• Taking role in daily IT Service Operation and improvement actions,
• Analyzing risks continuously and acting quickly and accordingly,
• Closely follows developments related with IT services, carries-out research activities,
• Designs, implements and operates according to least privilege, security & privacy by design and default principles,
• Taking role in setting and developing Standards procedures, and policies,
• Contributes to IT knowledge-base,
• Taking role in coordinating and collaborating with Service Providers, Vendors,
• Taking role in communicating and cooperating with IT Teams and Business Units of subsidiaries to achieve daily IT operations and projects

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match? 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering or other related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology,
• Experience in in Hyper-V and Vmware virtual platforms
• Experience in in Microsoft Solutions is a plus
• Having experience in project management is a plus,
• Knowledge of ITIL or COBIT is a plus
• Knowledge of Azure&AWS Cloud Architect Certification is a plus,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking security centric,
• Thinking broadly about business,

• Understanding needs of the market & business & customer,
