What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer - Process Engineering (Production Engineering) who will join our team at Washing Machine Product directorate.

• Being responsible for sheet metal molding related continuous improvement (e.g. cycle time, scrap, quality, material cost reduction, etc.)
• Coordinating, supporting and monitoring the implementation of projects, process activities and requirements till serial production
• Providing tecnhical support for in-house  metal process, assembly line and supplier production process problems
• Managing / planing cost-saving projects.

This position is located in İstanbul, Çayırova.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Metallurgical and Materials Engineering,
• Having good knowledge on  sheet metal production process and mold design.
• Having good knowledge on molding simulation ( Autoform or equivalent)
• Having experience in project management/ cost reduction project.
• Willing and able to work in a dynamic environment and motivated to be a self-developer,
• Having strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
