What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer – Industrial Engineering join our team at Tumble Dryer Machine Product Directorate.

• Planning Production efficiency and factory capacity, 
• Planning production shifts and operator quantities based on yearly and monthly production quantities,
• Leading lean production and continuous improvement activities,, material and process flow, time studies.
• Planning, drawing and simulating factory layout, 
• Designing factory for the future with MES and industry 4.0 infrastructures,
• Planning and reporting department budget,
• Participating in ergonomy projects,
• Conducting outsourcing operations. quality and packaging improvements
• Making time studies with MTM and/or time measurement both in the plant and in the suppliers

Position is located in Çerkezköy.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Master student in this field
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, optimization & simulation is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
