What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Associate - Supply Chain Process & System Development who will join our team at Supply Chain Directorate.
- Analyzing best practice processes & systems, defining gaps with current practices, and starting new initiatives for improvement,
- Redesigning the processes under his/her responsibility with a global approach and in alignment with Supply Chain strategies and targets,
- Evaluating new business requirements and developing new projects for continuous process improvement,
- Designing, developing, and deploying data-driven predictive and prescriptive models to solve business problems using the latest and most appropriate technologies in statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization,
- Planning and leading change management agenda for new process change projects,
- Leading key users in locations on effective usage, globalization of determined processes, and prioritizing the needs in their own area,
- Leading digitalization initiatives and projects in coordination with IT teams and leads IT Projects for lean process design,
- Consolidating training requirements for IT systems plans training and development activities in coordination with the IT department.
This position locate in İstanbul, Çayırova.
How do we describe the perfect match?
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar programs,
- Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or Engineering Management is a plus,
- Knowledge of the Supply Chain is a must,
- Having experience in warehouse & logistics management is a plus,
- Previous experience in implementing supply chain systems is a plus,
- No restriction for traveling,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
