What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - Enterprise Risk join our team at Finance & Enterprise Risk Management Directorate.

· Developing and deliver risk management & business continuity strategies which determine an appropriate risk appetite with reference to our corporate/principal risks,

. Ensure that appropriate and effective risk management and business continuity frameworks are in place to comply with applicable legal & regulatory requirements and best practice,

. Reporting risk in an appropriate way for different audiences, board of directors, business heads and risk committee,

. Developing and maintain effective risk management and business continuity policies, procedures, and guidance,

 . Assessing risks which involves analysing as well as identifying, describing, and estimating the risks affecting the business,

. Establishing and quantifying the organization’s 'risk appetite',

. Maintaining and reviewing of the risks, controls, and action plans by consulting with staff across all functional areas,

. Prepare reports, briefings, and other written products to update executive management or risk activities issues and risk opportunities,

. Building risk awareness within the organization,

. Provide stakeholders training,

. Respond to adhoc queries & analytics requirements,

. Undertaking risk management projects.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Banking and Insurance or Statistics or similar fields (Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
• Minimum +7 years experience in Compliance, Enterprise Risk management, Internal Audit,
• At least 2 years experience in business development, team-leadership, risk consulting,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
