Financial Reporting Specialist / Process Lead , İstanbul | Koç Kariyerim

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with TFRS, IFRS, and CMB (Capital Markets Board of Turkey) standards.
• Conduct financial reporting of international trade activities and their operational impacts.
• Perform consolidation processes for subsidiaries and affiliates, including those based abroad.
• Carry out detailed profitability analyses (product-based, customer-based, regional, etc.) to support management decisions.
• Prepare and submit reports required by the CMB, including financial disclosures and annual reports.
• Actively support independent audit processes by providing necessary documents and explanations.
• Participate in M&A projects, including due diligence, financial feasibility analysis and evaluations, and post-deal integration.
• Manage data entry and reporting tasks within Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Follow updates in IFRS and CMB regulations and ensure timely implementation.
• Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, CMB reporting, and international operations.
• Solid understanding of international trade finance and its reporting implications.
• Hands-on experience in profitability and cost analysis.
• Proficient in TFRS/IFRS and CMB regulations.
• Prior experience with Oracle Hyperion (HFM) is a strong plus.
• Experience in M&A projects and due diligence processes is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
