Customer Project Management Specialist / Lead, İstanbul | Koç Kariyerim

• Manage customer implementation, integration, and upgrade projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delays proactively and drive resolution plans.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure testing, training, documentation, and go-live activities are completed successfully.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to long-term customer success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within technology or SaaS companies.
• Experience managing customer-facing software implementation or integration projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• No travel restrictions and an active driver’s license.
