What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Engineer – Mechanical Design who will join our team at Electric Motor Product & Projects Tribe.
-Leading groundbreaking developments and embrace cutting-edge design tools to elevate our R&D processes to new heights
-Crafting meticulous product requirement specifications and meticulously planned validation strategies
-Diving into the realm of electrical machines, industrial applications, defense servo systems, motion control technologies, renewables, and mobility solutions with ingenuity and precision
-Collaborating seamlessly within cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of top-tier, high-quality outputs
-Validating and rigorously testing electric motors, meticulously adhering to industry standards (EN, IEC, etc.) and regulations (VDE, UL, CE, etc.)
-Playing a pivotal role in the implementation of exciting new projects/products, infusing your expertise and creativity into every phase
-Engaging in impactful development activities targeting existing products, including cost reduction initiatives and quality enhancements
-Fostering collaboration that transcends boundaries, resulting customer satisfaction and lasting partnerships
The position is located in Cerkezkoy/Tekirdag. Hybrid working model is available.
How do we describe the perfect match?
-Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s Degree is a plus)
-5+ years of R&D/Project Management experience
-Excellence in CAD software (NX (Preferred), Solid, Catia, or Pro/E) in Drafting, Modelling, Surfacing, etc.
-Having strong knowledge and experience about Structural Design
-Having knowledge about “Product Development Processes”
-Hands-on experience in Mechanical Part Design/Mechanical Engineering Design
-Having a solid background in machine tools and manufacturing processes & methods of machining and molding
-Having knowledge about selection, calculation, and standards of industrial components
-Good experience in materials mechanics, materials science
-Having general knowledge of FMEA, requirements management, project management, problem solving methodologies and tools
-Excellent verbal and written skills in English
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
-Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies
-Outside the box thinking ability
